I killed my camera

Hey sorry to hear about the camera...Never a nice thing to happen.

I have flooded 2 consumer and 1 SLR digital cameras....Not by choice mind you...But the number one reason for camera floods is, RUSHING. Everybody kitting up at the same time, grabbing their own gear on a small rib, can create an air of panic. Because diving is a sport where the equipment gets knocked about, alot of accidents do happen...Weights falling, fin straps breaking, forgotten gear, unable to equalize....
Digital cameras and housings are just very particular and unfortunatly need to be assembled perfectly everytime...

Canon S40, Canon S50 and only this year a Canon 300D slr. Only thing hurt is my bank account...

I recommend if you were happy with the camera, that you go straight back out and buy a replacment one....even secondhand if you can...

Cheers
