That's not the issue I think. Either I'm failing to hold the whole thing steady once it's focused or the port is scratched; I had to polish the inside of the Ikelite port to remove some scratches that were visible on my first trip to St Abbs. I got some really good compositions with the 105mm, but they just aren't as sharp as the shots from the 50mm. No difference in settings and I tend to try and shoot macro at high f numbers, unless I'm going for a restricted depth of field effect.
