A week in the red sea (north)

I got a good deal on a weeks livaboard with tony Backhurst on the tempest

The water was 22 deg but the air temp was freezing on the rib back to the boat. The fan corals were great, but did not have the time to get good pictures as I had to keep up with the conga line.



I'm only showing this picture because sometimes you are in the right place at the right time but you dont have the right camera



I love lionfish becasuse they are slow like me...



And I cant remember the name of this fish...



I got some good wreck pictures but I'l post them another day..

That last fish is a batfish (also called a spadefish, sometimes...)...

Nice colours on those shots!

Nice Photos Ding. Especially like the fan coral, I like the contrast between the coral and the background.

The red sea

I always look forward to a red sea trip as it has everythng I love wrecks, coral and tons of fish and sharks.

I found another batfish


and a picture of The Rosalie Moller built in my home town Glasgow and was launched as the "Francis" in January 1910.
