Undersea Explorer

Here's my (draft) write-up of my recent trip to the Great Barrier Reef and Coral Sea on the Undersea Explorer. This was my 6th trip with them but this time I came down with the 'flu a few days before the trip. This meant I couldn't do as many of the dives as I would have liked. Despite being sick, I still had a good time. Note that there are more pictures in the dive logs (Dive details... links).

Undersea Explorer - 16 to 22 August 2008 - News - ATJ's Diving Site

I hope you enjoy the photographs.

enjoyed reading your report as I dived many of those sites a few years ago - osprey reef being probably my favourite - once you get out and dive the outer reef and coral it makes you realise just how overdived and damaged much of the GBR is
Super photos thanks

Very much agree with triplefin, very good report. And loved some of the images, really love the cuttle, followed by the firefish.

Osprey was a blast, dived with spirit of freedom for the 7 day package. We do have a couple of videos ,my other half had taken. But nut much on the quality front.

Very nice photos and good report.

I really liked the idea of the GPS to track the sites etc - something really new for a report.
