    Wherever I lay my hat......

    ......that's my home!

And so, with the New Year I will find myself in a new home. After just over a year living in the land-locked country of Serbia I am moving to Istanbul and hopefully potential diving in the Black Sea, Marmaris Sea, Aegean Sea and of course the Med. Looking forward to all that and it's all temperate too. Expect many pictures of Amphorae.

    Tim,

Istanbul is a place I haunt from time to time....the James Joyce pub in Taksim has live music on a thursday night....it's a great city and there is plenty of diving opportunities. Let me know if you need a local dive club contact.

And if I'm returning anytime soon I will drop you a line.

Thanks Guys - Istanbul is quite a different place to anywhere I've lived before so should be fun to explore - I'm here quite often and have hardly even begun to discover it.

Simon, a few tips on some local camera friendly clubs would be most welcome. And as for visiting, just say when and we can meet up for a Raki or 2 - and that goes for anybody that finds there way out here.

A Digigreen trip - now that sounds like a good idea Rob. Once I'm suitably settled I'll find out what there might be locally that could be of interest to visit.

Have fun exploring. Its always great to be in a place lng enough to get to know it as a resident rather than a tourist.
