pissed off
so after several phone calls this week i faxed the sigature to them thats after they got the fax to work (the valves must have been cold) checked to see that they had recieved it which they had so i then asked whens it going to be resolved , give us another ten days to find it and if we havent we'll send you a new one i asked for a call log number or reference, im sorry we havent got one (strange very strange or is it cough bullshit cough) i then said funny you should have some sort of log reference, no we dont have one are system dosnt work like that (which is probberly why they are so un organised and incompitent and lose things).
im counting the days

Strikes me you are in a fairly decent position. Fair enough, it's a bummer that the housing failed in the first pace. But . . . you've had a tinker with it yourself, which might have caused problems. You are now in the position of being able to prove they've got it without them being able to put their hands on the 'tinkered' item. I'd be hoping they didn't find it and then you'd be in line for a brand new item instead of a repaired one. Chill.

its good news week
well i rang up first thing this morning and they answerd the phone straight away
 a good start, i asked what was happening, she said she had it written down so she put me on hold to go a find it came back and told me a new one is being sent out to me it was orderd at the beginning of the week so i will just have to wait and see knowing my luck though they will send me a housing for a 5050
