Back on the original question....
St Kilda is supposed to be fabulous and I went on a trip to go there last year unfortunately the weather was against us and we ended up doing some fabulous diving around skye and other islands up the west coast of scotland. So st kilda is still on my list and my plans to get there this year are scuppered by the skipper having sold his boat.
You mentioned Norway and that is fab. I did a week on a liveaboard and there are a number of UK boats who are now basing them selves in norway for the summer. Loads of huge wrecks in shallow depths in gin clear viz.
Personally my scapa trip was a disappointment (Crap weather , crap viz) and so if you want better chances of decent conditions then west coast scotland is excellent. The sound of Mull is rarely undivable and when the weather is good there are some stunning sites not far outside the sound like coll and tiree, muck wall and Bo fascadale and all that.
We are going up to Mull on Friday for the Music fest so praying to the weather gods that we will escape the sound and not have to dive the same old wrecks. I love the Hispania but I really have dived the rhondo far too often.
