Hi guys,
Yesterday I went to Swanage and was greeted by v. poor viz. No point going in to shoot. Tomorrow I am planning to meet friends at Babbacombe. Has anyone been there in the last few days? I don't fancy the expense of another long journey without diving. Any hints on the conditions? Specifically viz? Alex |

No idea im afraid, was some talk with tim and rob last week.
That the cafe and pub had been taken over. And the cafe may not be offering air refills. Couple of us from digigreen are looking at the end of may weekend for a dip. just looked on the website and all seems fine. but heres the link if any use. Babbacombe Beach Resort simon.

Went anyway. Viz was about 2m in the shallows but below 1m deeper. Better than Swanage, but hardly ideal for photography. Few cuttles around - but most were disturbed when I lumbered into them in the murk. Last week it was about 5m there. It has not been rough - so we think it must be the beginning of the bloom.
