Sorry I missed you Saturday, I asked around for you but I think you left when I was in the water

Hi Mark,

Likewise I was also asking around but with no luck. Are you going to be at Stoney anytime soon?

Yep, the third way is dead simple because of the clear housing, you have a little emitter that sits in your hot shoe and send a signal to a receiver that you attach to the outside of the housing - This receiver takes a standard cable (in my case a Sea and Sea Nikonos type) which is attached at the other end to my Inon Strobe.* All very clever.

Are you at the Stoney YD meet this Saturday?* If so then I can show you there.

Tim
Tim do you have a picture of how you attached the IR receiver to the outside of the housing?

Mark

Re: Getting my internal flash fixed on 5050

Hi Mark,

I don't have a picture but the adaper is tie-wrapped to the post on the flsh diffuser with the end that you plug the lead into pointing forward. Make sure that the adapter can see the emitter in the hotshoe.

I'll see if I can find a picture elsewhere.

If this doesn't help let me know.

Cheers,
Tim
