nice none the less!!

just a few pictures that i took on my yesterdays dive ,not sure why they stood out* but i like them . maybe its the detail ,like the wrinkles in the beadlet anemone and the blue buldges creeping out .

what i like about the whelk shell shot is the different colours and that some have been worn'en down to the basic shell colours

let me know what you think

Re: nice none the less!!

the anemone shot is cracking... the detail, ans textures on it are fantastic.. it's very nicely lit too.. well done.

I like the anemone shot, it's an interesting take on a common subject.

I like the colours in the whelk shot but somehow the angle seems wrong. I tried rotating it through 90 degrees and cropping in to a square aspect ratio and found I liked that better.

The colour and clarity of these shots is excellent.

With the first, can you crop out the left hand part of the image? I find it quite distracting. I quite like the orientation - it's unusual.

Re: nice none the less!!

Nice shots I particularly like the anemone as you say its seeing all the finest details right down to every little wrinkle and slight change of texture or shading that makes these sorts of shot brilliant. You can see things that you would not normally pick up just by looking at them......at least not with my eyesight underwater!
