Cuttlefish

I took this photo on holiday and just thought I'd see what you thought, I have a reason, I'll tell you later.

The photo was taken with a 100 degree wide angle lens with ambient light.

Just how close was I?

It was a big Cuttlefish and didn't seem to bothered about me being there, I wish I had taken the lens off but I was only doing WA shots and didn't have anywhere to put the lens!!

Not sure you'd have got a better picture without the lens. To get the same shot you'd have been further away and that means more water between the camera and subject.

I could have switched to macro though, and got really close. Never mind I only intended to do WA shots.

As I said then - it's an impressive job you must have been right on top of that animal and it's still well lit - nice one.
