Apart from resetting levels, and adding the watermark, I've not done any post-shot manipulation. I figured if I concentrate on getting the picture right in the first place, I can reduce the amount of time to retouch things, and it also improves my photography (hence me putting them up for critique... Already realising I need to think of strobe placement when I try and shoot in portrait...

I know what you mean, but recently I've been playing with aspect ratios and it can make quite a difference. I'd say 20% of mine get some form of crop, but mainly due to aspect ratio change.
