Hi Paul,

thanks for posting these. Unfortunately, I'm on plain old dial-up at 28.8 !! and the piccies are giving the connection a real hard time.

I'll check them tomorrow when I'm on a faster connection and check 'em out properly.

Aaah, a faster connection makes all the difference.

I like your close ups Paul. What camera are you using? I guess that you are using the internal strobe? For dives like this, if you can, try using custom white balance and turing off the strobe - or ask your buddy to use his torch from the side.

If you like we can play with the first pic and see if we can bring out some more colour detail?

As for fish, believe me, they can be b******s! They happily sit and look at you until the shutter is about to go then they show you their arses.

im using the c8080 i did use my torch on some of them i just held it although i have made a bracket for it but didnt bother using it and the camera in the other with just the built in flash and set on sport setting

Nice pics - specially liked the plumose with the red cast - but the last shot of the diver on the surface and the gray sky was Brit diving as I know and love it!
