c7070 Sunday.
Hi Dave,
you sure see some weird stuff. What on earth is the first one? It's a little blurred from camera shake but it looks a little like kelp(?) so I guess you were shallow and suffering from a little surge? Photos using supermacro can be very difficult to take. The second photo is a jelly? or is it an egg mass? or is it a wee beasty ghost? The last one is a nice one - a diver in the background would have really improved it. What's the wreck? I had a very quick play with the photo in Picassa (one of the free pieces of software), have a go yourself - it really improves the colour and contrast. How're you finding the 7070? It took me a good couple of months to get used to the 5050 when I bought it and it really took a trip out to the red sea and 24 dives to start to really suss it out.

Hi Tim,
Weird .....................ha ha, wait till you meet me. The first is kelp well done, it was begging for a close up. The 2nd is a jelly trapped in kelp. The third isn`t a wreck but the pier ladder at Ringhaddy in Strangford Lough.Christine + Gary went out to the wreck in 20m and had crap viz...hee hee and I stayed in 10m max !!!! I love the camera but I never remember the settings I use As you have noticed I prefer the odd photos so macro doesn`t really matter. We will eventually invest in some software but Christines new camera puts that on hold.
