Nice one Tim, I'm pretty sure you are half right there, this fish let my dive bud Rob tickle his chin so yep, if he let Rob get close he must be blind.

The poor bugger is only blind because of the constant flashing of your flash.

Those eyes are not normal! This specimen must have suffered from an illness (or is it dead already?). did you dive in the vicinity of industry or near brakish water ?

Yes it was very unusual, almost certainly blind but it merrily swam off slowly into the green when it got fed up with the attention.
