    Hello to all

Hi - Just joined Digigreen so thought I would say "hi" to all on the forum.

I take a few underwater pics and get them published from time to time.....and a website - www.simonbrownimages.com - has a bit more about me, if interested.

I'm in Scapa Flow from the 20th to the 27th of June and have a space in the car for another diver + gear, so if anyone needs a lift I'm in Hampshire.....just let me know.

Hi Simon and welcome to Digigreen,
I have seen the picture before and it is just fab.

I just dropped 3 guys (DDT_uk, Rob Cuss Simonmort) at the airport today going to Egypt.

Welcome Simon. I also remember that shot because it is so different and memorable. I remember it coming at a BSoUP. Am I right in thinking that is involved sitting in a lake for a long time?

I have tried feeding the ducks at Stoney with bread from underneath and you just end up with bread bits in the water!

Not really a long time. Just laid at the edge of the lake for two 20 min sessions. Got sore arms holding the housing at arms length....so it felt like a long time....

    Welcome Simon,
I seem to remember at your talk at the Ocean Optics Open Day that you hadn't won much in terms of competitions. So well done on the win with the duck shot!

    Hi Simon,

    Welcome...

I can now say thanks for the lovely 'Pike' pic you supplied for my article about the infamous waterwolf in 'Dive' mag back in July 2007...

Hi Rob. Copyright advice is always freely given. Not a guru and certainly no legal training....but if anyone needs guidance, help or want to know the name of a good IP lawyer to recover damages then just ask!

Hi DeanB. Glad it was useful. Remember it well and the timing couldn't have been better. I took the shot, got home and emailed it to the mag.....just as they were looking for a nice pike shot to run as a DPS to accompany your waterwolf story.....
