Right. I'm gonna get us going on this, it's not a great picture, it is ambient light, it's not terribly clear, it was at 58m, and it looks like a letter to me.
And if you hadn't guessed, it's a Y
This month we will mostly be looking at 'Letters'.
OK, I know it sounds daft but often you can see shapes underwater that look like a letter - the most obvious is a porthole which is a letter 'O'.
Jane's picture from the June challenge of the mussels could be seen as a 'V'.
Soo, lets look for animal or wreck or diver or stone shapes that look like a letter.

Some letters from Capernwray.
This is a real nothing shot, but it is an A
I quite like this, an O courtesy of Snells window
This needs some imagination, I saw it as a P laid on its back
Here's an even more tenuous C
I think this is a Y, and I reckon it's a decent shot, in contrast to some of the preceding stuff,
And finally, my favourite of the day, a Q
I think the Q is my favourite too.

Great Q Mike!
I saw that "A" frame as well and I hoped that you hadn't so that's blown that one. LOL.
I still need to sit down with my photos - I'll do that this evening.
I tell ya tho, that guy in the (non-distracting) black DS, he looks like a helluva diver.
