Monthly Challenge - April 2007

Being a little more prompt this month, the challenge is:

Something Scary this way comes!

And that's no April Fool's joke.

As we have had so many new members over the course of the winter Tim has asked me to post a link back to the original sticky about 'the monthly challange' and the idea/rationale behind it.

The Monthly Challenge

The monthly challenge is very different to the monthly competition on YD, (for those who know about that one), where there is a winner. With the DG challenge it can give a focus to your picture taking for that particular month and for dive sites that may be lacking in 'natural' photographic opportunities it can provoke some interesting and imaginative ideas.
If you havnt done so already take a browse back through some of last years challenges.

Taken at Musandam a small part of Oman with Tokina 10-17mm

These stinging cells hurt like hell and produced large welts on the skin, at up to 2 metres long this things scared the hell out of me

Far more than this which was just going about it's business.
