Long Weekend

Given the dire lack of UW time this year, I've booked a long weekend and will be free 30th Nov / 3rd Dec.

I'd really, really like to get into the briney (weather permitting) quite frankly anywhere around our shores. Anybody available that weekend?

I'll travel south Babba, Swanage etc, North to Abbs or west to Wales / Anglesey - I'm that desperate!

Tim,
That's a kids free weekend for me and AFAIK I'm not doing anything. I have virtually no leave left, so could dive Saturday and Sunday and flexi off Friday afternoon to travel.

This time of year isn't it best to leave a decision until the last minute and travel in the direction of the most favourable weather? That Sunday we had at Babbs proves that even the usual guarenteed sites can be blown out.

OK, so lets see the forecast on the Thursday before deciding where to go. So, anybody else available?

Sorry can't make it...

That weekend we are going to two posh "do"s, cannock scuba's on the friday night and prima sub aqua's (phil's club) on the saturday so we'll both be scrubbing up and not be divingthat weekend.

Is no one else interested in getting wet this weekend?

Long range the wind forecast is for a southwesterly, so at least Babbs and St Abbs will be diveable.

Congratulations Simon to all three of you - and you thought Underwater Photography was expensive!

Actually, as the weather was so poor on the coast, Rob and I went to Gildenburgh and it was good fun. I'll post some photos later - but Rob had the luck of the day with a couple of stunning shots.
