Cracking!
ok so take a look at these , taken this weekend at Crumstone in the Farnes with my new camera. All shot in RAW format, it's the future!
I will write trip report later but meanshile I am pretty happy with these for first time of taking the camera in the sea. I am converting to the church of RAW ...

Cracking!
Thanks, by the way the Viz was challenging, that sort of viz that means that it's foggy rather than lots of bits in the water. Hence the foggy look on some of the further away ones.
Aha. But there are ways to deal with this as well. You think I always have good viz...Originally Posted by Pixie

Seriously, those pictures are smashing. Crisp. Clear. Nice expressions. Movement. Seems like you've had a brilliant trip and I envy you.
Did you get any pics but seals btw?
Kyrre
yes but I havent messed with them yet. To be honest my machro shots were disappointing and the other wide angle ones laughable (black cat in coal cellar) so I must stop taking peoples advice about using the A setting... :P
Further work required to get to grips with this. The viz was rather poor and a lot of the sites we went to were "diver soup" kicking up the bottom.
I did get a few shrimps but the focus is not quite there. Focus on machro is my next challenge. got any tips Kyrre?
Exelent fotos you are getting better every dive you do, I am impressed
All the best

Hi Jules,
Great pics, looks like you are getting the hang of the 7070.
When I use the macro mode I shoot in P and use auto supermacro.
Have a try and let me know how you get on.
Cheers,
Dave.

Cracking shots. Welcome to the darkside of RAW. The downside is the disc space. I'm away with work and have taken 5 GB worth of RAW whilst here!!!
