Photoshop plugin for masking backgrounds

Having struggling with a photo trying to darken or remove a complicated textured background I found
a plugin for Photoshop I was quite impressed with.

There is a free trial to download

Fluid Mask, Photoshop Plugin, Photoshop Plugins

It has tutorials and manuals on the page that shows you the programs features.
Look especially at the Hair and Alpha mask tutorial.
