sweet and simple

okay well i thought i'd try out the 'new' section.
Out of the thousands of pics I took when I was in Australia last year this is probably my favourite. I love macro stuff and took loads of pics of leaves and flowers etc because I love the shapes and textures particualrly when you get in close and really 'see' the surface texture of things like sea stars. This pic is just so simple and uncomplicated. Everything else it out of focus so the eye just automatically follows the shape of the coiled up leaf
