Help needed.

Hi all,
Its been a while. I need some help with a few pics.
Sorry Tim if these aren`t quite what you had in mind by top side pics.
Why is the ones you don't need are the ones that turn out fine ? Does any one know any software I can use that isn`t as complicated as photo shop ?

The top pic is the finish I need, the bottom three need help please.

The rider in the red shirt is the one pic I really needed ( step son).

Thanks guys.

would help if i could see any pics. You cant just paste them in a message, but have to place them on the internet (on such a thing like photobucket) and then link to the images in the post.

I can see them now, after your edit of the post.

I would suggest to try to learn to use photoshop elements or a similar tool. The things that need adjusting are brightness, contrast and highlighs shadows. Attached is a pic that I edited just using the very easy to use quickfix tools from photoshop elements 5.

Gerard,

Thanks , it looks much better. I use picasa at the moment but when I sharpened this pic it didn`t look quite right.

I am not familiar with picasa, but photoshop elements does have a trial version.
