Hi Rob. Normally I don't mind sharing my work before publication (see www.simonbrownimages.com/skelligs/index.htm as an example) but the subject in question is sensitive and may be subject to some restrictions, the scope of which is still to be decided. But yes, I will test Enfuse + ACR and see if there are any benefits to share.

...hhhmmm....need more time to fiddle with Enfuse. First attempt generated a zero bytes file....
HDR update......
Realised that old habits die hard. To create a good HDR I think I should have really blown the highlights in the resulting image, but when I was actually underwater shooting the scene this kind of over exposure just felt sooooo wrong.
There is absolutely no way I can go back and re-shoot the same subject, but the images captured are more than pleasing and I think will publish very well indeed.
Will try again - could be as soon as this Thursday on another wreck.
Ok, now an update. Not on HDR, but on the subject in question. This October sees the 70th anniversary of the loss of HMS Royal Oak. In June a permit was issued by the MoD and I spent 480 glorious minutes on her over four days, the results of which will be appearing in DIVE around the anniversary.
The HDR attempt was on the Admiral's barge and its an image that may end up as a limited edition print, signed by some of the remaining survivors of the sinking. All proceeds will go to HMS Royal Oak Survivors Association and be used to fund a permanent memorial in Scapa Bay.
I would not use a forum like Digigreen for commercial plugs, but in this instance I think the cause worthy and hope the list agrees.
If anyone is interested in purchasing a print, then please PM me and I will add your name to the list.
As for HDR, if time permits I will use the "single RAW, multiple exposure" technique to see how a standard and HDR image compare.....

Sounds like a great opportunity. Looking forward to the results.
